Can we try Grizlet before buying?
Yes. After the demo we'll switch on the Business plan for 14 days, free of charge. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan.
How do we pay?
Monthly or annually by invoice. Paying annually saves you up to 20%. Prices exclude VAT.
What if we need more learners than the Business plan allows?
You can add learners to the Business plan in blocks of 50. From around 500 learners, Enterprise priced by headcount works out better.
Can we change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
What are AI credits?
Credits are used when Grizlet's AI prepares lessons, quizzes or images from your materials. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Will you help us get started?
Yes. Our partner LifeScale helps you choose the first topics, builds lessons from your materials and sets up delivery. Rollout is included in Enterprise and available as a service on the other plans.
