Sequences: the right lesson at the right time
Start when a new employee is added, based on their start date, or after another lesson is completed. Only on working days, at a set time, with reminders for those who haven’t finished. If an SMS or Slack message can’t be delivered, an email goes out instead.

How long does it take to create a lesson?
With AI in Grizlet, you get a first draft from your existing materials in minutes. The rest of the time goes into reviewing and editing.
Can we create content ourselves?
Yes. The editor needs no technical skills, and Grizlet prepares the first version of a lesson from your materials. Our partner LifeScale can also help you create content.
What if a policy or process changes?
Edit the card, or upload a new version of the document and Grizlet rewrites the lesson. The change applies immediately to everyone who opens the lesson.
Do we need a new system or LMS for this?
No. Grizlet works on its own or alongside the LMS you already have. It sends out lessons itself, and you can download the results to Excel.
Does health & safety training in Grizlet count?
Grizlet records who completed the training and with what result. The content must be based on the risks of your workplace and should be approved by a qualified safety professional.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union (Frankfurt). You can delete an individual’s records at any time.
